Cancellation Policies
Once a booking is confirmed we require 72 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your arrival we will endeavour to resell the room/bed, however if we are unable to do this then the accomodation cost may be payable.
Special booking conditions and cancellation policies apply for group bookings, holiday long weekends and other special event periods. You will be advised of these when you are making your booking.
